Bianca is the daughter of an American father and a Basque mother from the historically conflict-ridden region of northern Spain. She is a humanitarian coach, credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her academic background in Conflict Resolution and Cultural Anthropology combines with her coaching credentials and expertise in global transitions to uniquely qualify her to help lead the current movement toward peacebuilder resilience. She serves as Founding Director of Petra Peacebuilders.

Virtue ethics and type preference theory have a direct bearing on leadership, communication, teamwork and marriages. 

In the area of leadership development in particular, not enough emphasis is placed on inner character--the state of a person's soul--in institutions. Instead, those institutions equate ethics with legality or mission accomplishment. Put another way, they work off an ends-based meta ethic which excuses or denies poor inner character in those who hold positions of power.

Ms. Adale M. Martin grew up in northeastern Ohio.  She has a BA in French and International Studies from The Ohio State University, a master’s degree in Public Administration from Louisiana State University (LSU) and is a PhD candidate in Public Policy at Old Dominion University with a specialization in Collaboration and International Security policy areas. 

She has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector with a focus on professional development and training.  She started her career at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), in the Education, Science, and Publications Department, where she coordinated continuing medical education training and scientific programs for oncologists and researchers worldwide.  As the Assistant Manager of Operations and Planning at the LSU, National Center for Biomedical Research & Training, Academy of Counter-terrorist Education, she managed training and curriculum development for Emergency Responders and SWAT teams across the U.S. and its territories.  Currently, Ms. Martin is the Executive Director of the Slover Library Foundation.
