The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting every aspect of our lives in real time, and this puts Rotarians in an unfamiliar place. We are most comfortable when we are fully engaged in our clubs, communities and work – connecting with people. Thankfully, we have more access to technology than we would have if faced with the same situation even a decade ago. Across the globe, we are adept at using virtual tools to share information digitally and engage virtually, and we also recognize that this can be very new for some.

We can see our communities moving to operate in a new normal (from home) for a while, and it is time for us to settle in as well.

With a goal of staying connected to Rotary and specifically to one another we will resume a ‘virtual’ meeting of sorts using the video conferencing application Zoom. Check your email for information on how to join these meetings. Guests and postential members are welcome to attend. Contact us here to request meeting log-in information.

We will start the online meetings at 7:45 AM with club business, Fun Fines and a chance to say hello to everyone. At 8:00 AM we will start the program and be done by 8:30 AM. Why 7:45 and not 7:30? Well, we don’t need to stand in line for breakfast.

We’ve taken the already confirmed programs and adjusted as needed.
Check your email for information about additional ways to stay connected with Rotary and fellow Rotarians through this period.
We are looking forward to these calls – to learn how you are, and about the health and well-being of your family, and just to catch up. We look forward to “seeing” everyone soon!
